Each year, our Cambridge, ON location, Blachford AM Ltd. works with Post Plastics Inc. to recycle off cut waste of ABS products. Recycling these industrial plastics prevents them from ending up in landfills. We are happy to announce the recycling of almost 40,000lbs of scrap plastics since 2021.

For the 6th time in 7 years and 4th year in a row, Blachford Incorporated (West Chicago, IL) has been named a recipient of PACCAR’s 10 PPM Quality Award. PACCAR’s Supplier Quality Manager, Pri Barman was on hand at Blachford last week to present the Blachford team with the award. Each year, this award is presented to PACCAR suppliers that complete a quality score of 10 PPM (parts per million) or lower. Blachford Acoustics Group Acquires Milcut Inc.
Milcut Incorporated and Blachford Investments, Inc. are thrilled to announce that Blachford has purchased Milcut, effective March 7th, 2022. Blachford intends to retain all employees, and Milcut products will continue to be manufactured at the Menomonee Falls, WI location, and the company will still operate as Milcut. With this acquisition, Milcut will join the Blachford Acoustics Group, an industry leader in acoustic materials, molded headliners, and floor mats for heavy trucks, off-highway, and other industrial OEMs. Milcut’s current President, Carl Strohmaier, will stay on board full-time through the end of April, 2022 and will then transition to a consultant role. Blachford AM Ltd. is excited to announce the acquisition of the manufacturing equipment and intellectual property of Melet Plastics Inc.’s (Melet) Fargo, North Dakota operations, effective March 7th, 2022. The acquired assets of Melet are being transitioned to Blachford AM Ltd.’s existing facility in Cambridge, Ontario.
