TMAT – the global manufacturer of acoustic components for industrial and agricultural vehicles – has appointed Matthew Stanway to the role of Operations Director.
Matthew brings over 28 years of manufacturing experience, having started his career as an apprentice engineer for Rolls Royce. Subsequently, Matthew has held a variety of leadership roles in the UK, Japan and Italy in a number of industry sectors, including Aerospace, Automotive and FMCG.
Together with his engineering, process and business management knowledge, Matthew brings a culture of lean manufacturing to TMAT. His new role will see him take full responsibility for all operational aspects of the company’s Chesterfield based facility, as well as purchasing and planning.
On his appointment, Jason Lippitt, TMAT managing director, said:
